Work with sculptures and drawings to mirror the existing situation and develop ideas on different ways to communicate. Writing and drawing of the teams own myth and fairy-tale as a tangible result of the two days work.

Methodology
Practical tasks such as discussions, group and individual work, role-plays, drawings etc form the backbone of the seminar methodology.Seminar style is characterized by non-coerced participation in seminar tasks, principle of mutuality and good humour. The seminar allows to feel the good sides of the teamwork.
