Seminar themes

Day 1

Group microclimate	Building and maintaining a psychologically safe and creative microclimate in the team.
Individuality	Role of the individuality in the team and organization.
The truth of the team	Feedback from colleagues on their experience of the teamwork until now. The positive and the negative features of the team.
Give and take	What I would like to give others and receive in return (a practical exercise on how to understand and share your resources)
Collective goals of microclimate	Develop understanding on what are the management goals in setting of work and collective microclimate. Why work makes us “sick”(a practical imaginative task). How an organization can inspire employees

Day 2

Team culture	Understand the written and the tacit laws
Group portrait	Development of the team member’s psychological portraits
Development of relationship styles	Work with sculptures and drawings to mirror the existing situation and develop ideas on different ways to communicate. Writing and drawing of the team’s own “myth” and fairy-tale as a “tangible” result of the two days work.

Methodology

Practical tasks such as discussions, group and individual work, role-plays, drawings etc form the backbone of the seminar methodology.Seminar style is characterized by non-coerced participation in seminar tasks, principle of mutuality and good humour. The seminar allows to feel the good sides of the teamwork.
