Purpose of seminar To be aware of the factors that create the inner image of an organization and acquire the skills how to create and make an organization more attractive to it’s employees.

Training methods
The method of training has been developed concidering specific features of the process of training people. Seminar is interactive, where theoretic knowledge has been united with the analysis of examples during the group discussion and making practical exercises both in the group and individually.
The seminar takes place in free, non-formal atmosphere, which allows establishing contacts with other professionals in the sphere of your activities.
Seminar materials-handouts Each member of the seminar receives handouts – a handbook, with which he/ she operate during the seminar and which is possible to apply returning at your workplace. The handbook includes the summary of theoretic material and practical examples.

In conclusion of the seminar each participant will be issued a certificate.
