Purpose of seminar To improve the professional competence of the members of the seminar for more efficient contact with customers, as well as improve the sales skills.
The seminar offers knowledge and skills that help to:
- To understand better the process of serving customers and the methods of conducting thereof;
- To improve the skills on sales and serving customers;
- To recognize the factors impeding the communication;
- To use more efficient its strengths when establishing relations with customers;
- To strengthen its emotional patience and will-power.
Participants The seminar is intended for the personnel willing to obtain new and strengthen the already mastered knowledge on serving customers, as well as to understand better their role in communication and personal strengths and mistakes. Themes of seminar:
- The philosophy and standards of the process of serving customers;
- Transmission and receiving of information;
- The skill to establish the understanding and mutual trust between customers and colleagues;
- Recognition of the situation and the technique of questions when working with customers;
- The art to listen, active listening;
- Types of temperaments, individual approach to each of them;
- Working with objections;
- Strengthening of own emotional patience.
Seminar course Parallel to new theoretical knowledge, participants will master practical skills as well applying interactive methods. There will be explaining, modeling and application of behavioral forms during group-work lectures using feedback from the participants and the lecturer. Video training Video training enables you to evaluate your actions from the side revealing your personal reserves. Participants play communication situations which are video recorded. Then analysis of these situations takes place.
Lecturers competence Irena Goluba. Up to now the teacher acted and accumulated the professional experience in the activities to conduct seminars and lectures and arranging consultations for organizations covering the sphere of psychology and carrying on business. She was involved in the Organizations development projects in different companies of Latvia. The teacher conducts seminars and creates special seminar programs on selling and serving customers, on relations in the management, conducting negotiations, formation of efficient teams, stress and time management. Irena Goluba has also the experience in the sphere of establishing the programme of self-development for managers and such specific spheres as communication when operating with debtors. The teacher has been qualified at the Moscow State University and improved her knowledge in Saint-Petersburg and France.
