Purpose of seminar Enhance seminar participants professional competence in effective communication and long-term relation development and maintenance with customers as well as to improve salesmanship skills.
The seminar offers knowledge and skills as well as video training and feedback that help to:
- Acknowledge ones strong points and weak points while working with customers;
- Understand factors influencing customer attendance process and use them for development of successful collaboration;
- Develop long-term collaboration oriented relations with customers.

Seminar course Parallel to new theoretical knowledge, participants will master practical skills as well applying interactive methods. There will be explaining, modeling and application of behavioral forms during group-work lectures using feedback from the participants and the lecturer. Video training Video training enables you to evaluate your actions from the side revealing your personal reserves. Participants play communication situations which are video recorded. Then analysis of these situations takes place.
Lecturers competence
Amanda Ķeruže has obtained psychoterapists education in France at P.Boisen Psychoorganic analysis psychotherapy school, as well as holds a masters degree from University of Latvia Faculty of Psychology. At present she practices in Latvia both as a psychotherapist and a group psyhological training leader. The lecturer has practical experience in sales and negotiation management with customers gained during her work for international airline companies. Ms. Amanda is also experienced in marketing manager duties then managing Latvian group of trading representatives of an airline company.
Amanda Ķeruže is a trainer at the seminars "Stress management" and "Team building" in "Eiro Personāls".
