Within the period of seminar you will get acquainted with different types of laying meals and the situations at the table, enjoying the five dishes dinner at the restaurant Hotel Bergs.
Wine degustation will take place in accordance with the menu under the leadership of an experienced consultant.
You will be welcomed by the shop Bergs to make choice of the appropriate clothes, where you will receive in addition a professions consultants recommendations on clothes.

- Culture at the table (application of practical knowledge having lunch at a restaurant)
- Traditions of laying a wine, coffee, tea
- Culture of dressing. Clothes, which facilitates the success (application of practical knowledge at the clothing shop)
- What kind of clothes is applicable for particular events and what is not applicable? What is specified in an invitation?
- A customer with the specific needs how to behave in this case?

The seminar enables to try in practice the received knowledge of etiquette and protocol playing roles, analyzing situations, within a period of business during the real lunch. You are also welcomed to receive a consultants recommendation making choice of clothes.
Lecturers competence Irma Kalniņa. The teacher is experienced in the activities with international public, the Diplomatic corps, the Stationary Office of the USA and the Ministry for foreign affairs. She gives consultations to Latvian businessmen and the state agencies in the matters of etiquette and protocol. Irma Kalniņa took part in the arrangement of great events and international visits (during the visit of the US President George Bush, in Riga 800, etc.) At present the expert administers the branch of the development of Latvian National Library Support Fund and takes care of facilitating the development of philanthropy in Latvia.
