SIA Eiro Personals has introduced a new two-day seminar offering you to acquire specific knowledge about the everyday of a manager and to improve your managerial skills. When employees who have been successful specialists become managers, they often lack knowledge and skills that are needed for effective process of planning and delegating work, organising and supervising their subordinates. We offer to improve their knowledge and to develop skills that executive manager need both in planning and organising work, and managing and motivating personnel.
The seminar offers knowledge and skills that allow you to:

Goal of the Seminar
The goal of the seminar is to help you to understand the essence of an executive job, to become aware of the new working duties and authorities, as well as to acquire basic working skills for an executive job.
Participants The seminar is designed for specialists who have already become or are going to become executives in their near future and who are willing to acquire systematised knowledge about the essence, tasks, and tools of an executive job, as well as to acquire practical working methods an executive needs to know.
Lecturer’s competence
Irena Goluba. Up to now the teacher acted and accumulated the professional experience in the activities to conduct seminars and lectures and arranging consultations for organizations covering the sphere of psychology and carrying on business. She was involved in the Organizations development projects in different companies of Latvia. The teacher conducts seminars and creates special seminar programmes on selling and serving customers, on relations in the management, conducting negotiations, formation of efficient teams, stress and time management. Irena Goluba has also the experience in the sphere of establishing the programme of self-development for managers and such specific spheres as communication when operating with debtors. The teacher has been qualified at the Moscow State University and improved her knowledge in Saint-Petersburg and France.
Seminar Process
The training method has been developed by taking into account the specifics of human training process. The basis of the training course is unity of theory and praxis, therefore alongside short theoretical lectures there will also be practical exercises, both individual and in groups, which will play a significant role in the whole training course.
