Seminar course:
Along with theoretical information participants acquire practical skills in groups as well as individually. During the seminar case studies from Latvian enterprises will be analysed. That will help you to understand the basic principles and significant conditions in employee retention system’s practical usage in enterprise.
Lecturer’s competence
Arta Biruma holds a master’s degree from University of Latvia with specialization in business management. Consultant has acquired a lot of experience in personnel selection and organization of trainings. She has developed competency models, the system of employees’ remuneration and assessment, as well as personnel policy.bShe has worked as a personnel development department manager for one of the leading Latvian companies.
In company “Eiro Personals” Ms. Arta Biruma is dealing with consulting and research organization as well as she is holding training seminars on personnel management.
