Methodology
The method of training has been developed taking into account the improved specific features of the process of training people. Interactive seminar, wherein the acquisition of theoretic knowledge has been united with the analysis of examples during the group discussion and making practical exercises both in the group and individually.  

Each member of the seminar receives handouts – a handbook, with which he/ she operates during the seminar and which is possible to apply returning at your workplace. The handbook includes the summary of theoretic material and practical examples.  

Seminar trainer
Lorija Cinkuss. Received higher education in the USA, took two bachelor’ degrees (in the field of psychology, music pedagogics), incomplete master’s degree in the field of communication sciences. Since 1996 has been living and working in Latvia. Six years of management in the consulting company „Fontes Latvija”, managed the Personnel’ department. Over the last four years renders assistance as an independent consultant in the leading branches companies in manning the strategically important managers and specialists.
