MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
WHEN MANAGER LEADS AND EMPLOYEES WORK* coaching for managers - basic skills and methods
* the seminar is held in Latvian language, it can be organized in another language as an internal training.
Conception: This programme is designed for managers, who want to acquire the skill to develope aother people. How to succeed for your employees to know what they want to achieve, how they will do it, how to set up challenging goals and reach them, because it motivates them? How to suceed for your employees to think how and when and dont hurry to you with questions every moment they have it? You will say, that you would like to aquire the skill, but you will ask how it would help to achieve the business goals?
The skill to develope people will offer you following benefits:
Your employees will be able to generate ideas and define methods how to fulfil them;

The self-motivation of your employees will grow, there will be positive climate in the team, the business goals will be achieved faster and more effective.
Participants:
- experienced managers;
- fresh managers;
- owners of the small and middle-sized enterprises.
Process and organization:
- 6 training sessions;
- each session lasts 3h (1,5h + 1,5h);
- between all sessions the participant must complete home work;
- in each session at least one coaching method will be acquired;
- no more than 10 participants in one training group.
Mācību metodes:
- Short minilectures;
- Practical tasks (individually, in pairs, small groups);
- Practical home works.
Training fee: 50 Ls + VAT (60.50 Ls including VAT) for each session, (300 Ls + VAT (363.00 Ls including VAT) for whole programme)
For LPMA members 10% discount - 270 Ls + VAT (326.70 Ls including VAT) for the whole programme

Session 2. Develope skills (I)! Effective comunication: (I) active listening Coaching method: Circle of balance Home work
Session 3. Develope skills (II)! Effective comunication: (II) Asking powerful questions Coaching method: Persistance overcome formula Home work
Session 4. Develope skills (III)! Effective comunication: (III) direct comunication Coaching method: Mentor desk or Disney method Home work
Session 5. Plan and fulfil! The base structure of the coaching session
- setting up trust
- agreement
- defining goals
- creating the experience of goal realization
- home works
- the value of accomplished work
- closing session
Coaching method: The call of the Doctor or ļevels of logic consciousness Home work
Session 6. To notice the potential (help to notice) and to believe in it! Formula of the coaching potential Red (challenging) and blue goals Amazing questions Coaching method: Letter from the future Exam + 10 practical sessions, to achieve the certificate
At the end of the seminar each participant receives certificate.
