Natalja Lace

Natalja Lace has master’s degree in psychology from University of Latvia. She is project manager for personnel recruitment. She has major experience in HR management in different organizations in Latvia. At Eiro Personals Natalja is responsible for personnel recruitment projects, she has experience in top managers and specialists selection. Natalja has also completed ICF (International Coaching Federation) programme, she has practice as a coach and a trainer.
