Vacancy: Global customer implementations programmer

GLOBAL CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATIONS PROGRAMMER

The applicant will be:

participating in Itella’s global customer implementations based on the input from Technical Project Managers;
performing programming and configuration tasks independently based on the pre-defined orders and project plans;
documenting implemented solutions to assure good quality and maintenance possibilities.

The applicant will need to have:

object oriented programming skills and scripting experience (experience of C programming is beneficial);
previous Linux/Unix knowledge;
practical knowledge of working with structured EDI languages, in particular EDIFACT and XML;
experience of technical documentation;
good skills in written and spoken English.

In addition, it is considered good to have:

experience of scanning or printing platforms/technologies not necessary but an advantage.
