Global customer implementations technical project manager

GLOBAL CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATIONS TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
 
The applicant will have to:

• design the solutions sold to Itella’s cross-border customers;
• create technical specifications for the implementation team and programmers;
• define and allocate tasks to programmers;
• support the project manager by defining the solution based on the customer needs and signed agreement;
• frequently be the interface to Itella’s customers.

The applicant will need to have:

• technical project management, object oriented programming skills and experience (experience of C programming is beneficial);
• previous Linux/Unix knowledge; practical knowledge of working with structured EDI languages, in particular EDIFACT and XML;
• experience of technical documentation;
• excellent skills in written and spoken English;
• great planning capability and organizing skills (organizing tasks for the programmers, specifying the end results);
• great ability to co-operate with other teams and team leaders (customer attitude towards internal customers).
