HR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced HR Project manager to lead major business change projects together with our local HR teams. You are able to take full responsibility of the project plan within HR and also have a strong and active role in the project, self taking part in activities like due dilligence and data collection, competence evaluations and induction programs. You will plan and agree on resources and responsibilities with the involved teams ensuring that HR activities are planned and implemented in line with the business transition plan. Having strong experience and knowledge on best practice in A&O projects you will be supporting and acting as a senior advisor for others in this area.

We expect you to be an HR professional with experience on acquisition and/or outsourcing projects. You have already experience in a number of business transfer cases, working with the related people transfers and on-boarding projects. You understand how to combine HR expert knowledge to support business profitablity. You are flexible with working times, able to travel and work short periods abroad. Ability to work well in international virtual teams and communicate fluently in English are prerequisites.

As personal qualities you have an open mind for learning more, are determined and result-oriented and a team player with motivating touch in project leadership. You also have good networking, communicating and coaching skills, and are able to build and maintain sustainable relationships with the project stakeholders.
