Employees attitude comparative study

Study tasks

• Find out the employees attitude to different work aspects in enterprise;
• Compare results to another study or previous results.

Study participants

• Any enterprise;
• It is possible to conduct "club study" on demand of the brunch association.

Study method

Questionnaire developed by Eiro Personals professionals contains:

• 9 dimensions;
• Importance and Attitude scale for each demension;
• 1-6 answer scale (1 - fully disagree, 6 - fully agree);
• Balanced number of positive and negative statements;
• One open question.
