Management development long-term training programme

Eiro Personals in collaboration with trainers Evija Caune and Elina Apsite offer new training programme for managers. We offer to train comunication skills between manager and subordinates fitted to unique needs of each organization. The cycle of seminars lasts six months, in the beginning two training days are planned, followed by one training day once per month.

Goal of the seminar: to train and to strengthen those comunication skills of the managers, that are concerned to difficult questions - rewards, negative news, changes, additional duties, bad work results etc.

Participants: middle level managers.

The conception:

Identity: defining professional and position identity

• Professional and position identity. Self - analysis: what kind of manager I am?
• Confrontation of personality and manager’s image;
• Subordination and hierarchy. 

Salary, reward system (as example, if focus on these topics)

• Salary and reward. Employees’ quastions and answers;
• Informative and emotional level of the reward system;
• Levels of perception of the reward system.

Ethics, communication culture

• Comunication culture in organization - how does it afect the professional performance?
• Ethics - moral standards and protocols;
• Professional ethics in work place.

Logic

• "Logic argumentation" and "logic explanation". How to form a judgement?
• Can conflicting statements be equally true? Contradictions - how to avoid them?
• How the paradox of logic can mislead us? The mistakes of logic.

Language

• The right choice of words - which to use and which to avoid?
• The influence of denial and affirmation on the sense;
• The influence of sentence structure on the sense. Why words have great power?

On every following training day new skills are trained in  nonstandard situations. Used methods: video trainings, role play, simulation games, self - reflection , managers will receive home work each month of the programme. In the beginning and in the end of the programme the comunication skills of all participants are assessed.
