Arta Biruma is the manager of Eiro Personals, chief consultant and trainer, leadership development coach. She is also a board member in International Coach Federation. Arta has a master degree in business management from the University of Latvia and continues professional growth in the Coaching Academie ICF.

Consultant is experienced in personnel recruitment, competencies’ assessment, long-term manager training programme development and implementation, manager coaching for management competencies development. She has developed competency models, the system of employees’ remuneration and assessment, as well as personnel policy and motivation. She has worked as a personnel development department manager for one of the leading Latvian companies.

In Eiro Personals Arta Biruma is dealing with consulting and organization of researches, as well as running training seminars on personnel management in the following themes:
