This service maintains and enhances personnel loyality even after the employee has left the company.

We are offering three complementing sevice levels, helping your ex-employees in their job search, starting from informative advice up to psychological help.

This process can be carried either via individual consultations or for groups of 8 - 12 participants.

The service levels are:

• Basic - gaining new competences in business etiqette, CV writing, behaviour in interviews;
• Medium - determination of the carrier goals and exploration of character resources in consultations with our in-house psychologist;
• Advanced - training in behavioural models for overcoming of stresses and misgivings and development of proactive behaviour.
