Vakance: Delivery Manager

SIA Tele2 Shared Service Center is a provider of IT and Billing services for Tele2 subsidiaries all over the Europe. Tele2 is Europe’s leading alternative telecom operator. Tele2 offers fixed and mobile telephony, broadband, cable TV and data network services. Tele2 Shared Service Center now needs to expand our Siebel Team. The Siebel team is based in Riga and maintains Siebel based CRM operations for the Tele2 group.

Responsibilities

  • Be the single point of contact and coordinator of bigger deliveries from Siebel for all Tele 2 offices across Europe;
  • Coordinate delivery of hardware, business analysis, development and tests from the delivery team into the project;
  • Plan delivery schedule, which includes both scope, time planning and budget;
  • Establish processes between the delivery team and the project and make sure they are followed;
  • Chair synchronization meetings;
  • Follow up on KPI, cost and statuses for the RfCs.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, or equivalent;
  • At least 4 years experience working in IT;
  • At least 2 years Project management experience within the IT/telecom sector;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good English, Latvian and Russian language skills.
  • Strong delivery focus;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Great team player with a passion for new technologies and creative solutions.
