Privacy policy
1. Data about website visitors is collected on the website https://www.eiropersonals.lv (hereinafter the Site), thereby giving the Site maintainer the opportunity to evaluate how useful the Site is and how it could be improved.
2. The controller that collects data about Site visitors on the Site is SIA "EIRO PERSONĀLS", Reg. No. 40003493932 (hereinafter the Controller).

4. The Controller continuously improves the Site with the aim of improving its usability, therefore the Controller needs to know what information is important to Site visitors, how often they visit this Site, what devices and browsers they use, from which region the visitors come, and what content they prefer to read.
5. If the visitor consents, the Controller uses Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to analyze how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are viewed and for how long. The legal basis for this processing is the visitor's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR, and Section 7.1 of the Latvian Information Society Services Law). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded on the Site.
Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. In such cases, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. 6. The server on which the Site is hosted may register requests sent by the visitor (device used, browser, IP address, date and time of access). The data mentioned in this paragraph is used for technical purposes: to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site and to investigate possible security incidents. The legal basis for collecting the data mentioned in this paragraph is the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the technical availability and integrity of the Site.
7. Cookies are small files that the Site stores in the visitor's browser. The Site uses four groups of cookies:
a) necessary cookies, without which the Site would not work, for example for loading pages, sending the contact form, protecting against fraudulent requests and remembering the visitor's cookie choice;
b) functional cookies, which allow content from other services to be shown, such as embedded maps or videos;
c) analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which collect statistics about how the Site is used;
d) marketing cookies, which help measure the results of advertising and show more relevant ads on other websites.

8. The Site uses necessary cookies without consent, because the service requested by the visitor cannot be provided without them (exception under Section 7.1 of the Latvian Information Society Services Law). The legal basis for their use is the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and protection of the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are used only with the visitor's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Cookies used on the Site:
a) necessary cookies of the Wix platform, for example XSRF-TOKEN, svSession, bSession and ssr-caching. They keep the Site running and protect it against attacks. b) ep_cookie_consent (necessary, stored in the browser's localStorage). It remembers the visitor's choice in the cookie notice for 6 months;
c) _ga and _ga_PKL03JJC11 (analytics, Google Analytics). They distinguish visitors and store session information, with a storage period of 2 years. They are set only after consent.
Marketing cookies are set on the Site only if advertising tools are connected to the Site and the visitor has consented to them.
9. On the first visit, the visitor can accept all cookies in the cookie notice, allow only the necessary ones or choose individual groups of cookies. The choice can be changed and consent withdrawn at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of the Site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in the browser settings, but some functions of the Site may then not work. Data collection by Google Analytics can also be switched off with Google's browser add-on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
10. By filling out the contact form on our website, you provide us with your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, selected service, and comments. This data is used only to contact you and process your request (for example, to arrange an appointment). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the processing of data necessary for the performance of your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We store this data only for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose or as required by regulatory enactments (data is deleted after processing the request, unless legislation requires longer storage).
11. Statistical data about Site visitors can only be accessed by those employees of the Controller who are responsible for the analysis of such data.
12. The storage periods of cookies are listed in paragraph 8. When the storage period ends, cookies are deleted automatically. If the visitor withdraws consent, the Site deletes the relevant analytics and marketing cookies.
13. The Controller confirms that cookies and statistical information will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments of the European Union, including the European Parliament and the Council of the EU Personal Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.
14. The visitor has the right to request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interests, and to receive their data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or a contract. To exercise these rights, write to eiropersonals@eiropersonals.lv. If the visitor believes that the processing of their data does not comply with the requirements, they may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
15. The Controller reserves the right to change these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the Site visitor to independently check the content of the Site in order to become acquainted with the changes to the terms.
